The Service and AI-generated damage reports are provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Damage detection is assistive and should not replace professional inspection where required. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoAdviser and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these terms or the Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., via email or in-app notice). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational reasons.
